Job Context A foreign-based manufacturer based in Gazipur and 100% exporter of leading brands are requiring Highly Qualified IE. Position : Industrial Engineer (IE)

No. of Vacancies: 05 Jobs Responsibility/Description Ensure a very significant role to increase productivity by using Industrial Engineering tools and GSD. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine garments manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards. Increase productivity and efficiency through Method Study, Method Re-engineering, Motion study, Time study, Line balancing. Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects and wastage, garments manufacturing process breakdown, perfect machine layout. Reduce work in process (WIP) and find bottlenecks, technical difficulties, and quality-related issues. Fill up the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) target. Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations. Reduce man-machine ratio, production planning, and implementation. Calculate SMV and prepare SMV bank, training of workers, etc. Set the target and make a draft, layout design of the machine requirement, material flow, and workstation to bring the best possible efficiency. Modern tools are used to design the layout. Monitor factory performance in terms of quality, delivery, cost-efficiency, and target improvements with the internal factory team and taking necessary corrective action. Find out the causes & remedies of manufacturing wastes and loss to take necessary steps to in all operating areas. Analyze work-force assignment, facility layout, and operational data to determine efficient utilization of employees and equipment and recommend methods for improving employee efficiency and reducing wastage. Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE related reports. Educaional Qualification At least graduate or vocational graduate in any technical field. Skills Required: T-Shirt Factory Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer. Jobs Experience At least 5 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 5 years of experience on similar field of large T-shirt Factory Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 5-6 years. Additional Requirements Age 30 to 55 years Males/Females are allowed to apply. Fluent in speaking Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer. Age: 30-55 years Other Benefits Medical allowance
