No. of Vacancies: 05 Jobs Responsibility/Description Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run modern Sewing machine using Sunrise Transport System Intelligence for Apparel. Operate single. Double, multi-needle or other sewing machines to repair finished apparel and / or other products. Perform sewing duties (i.e. reinforce seams, attach buttons, hooks, repair zippers, etc.) Assist in different aspects of the department to assure work flow (i.e. labeling, quality control/assurance, steam/press of products going through the Repair department) Assist and ensure that daily production quotas are met and Identify/maintain product integrity and quality of work at all times May perform minor maintenance of machinery as necessary and Maintain a safe and clean work environment At least high school graduate or vocational graduate in any technical field. Knowledgeable of how to change sewing needle for multiple gauge style. Able to make sewing plan per line, balancing the load of each line in accordance with buyer style and production planning. Knowledgeable and experience on how to identify and prevent sewing defects Technical know-how on setting up sewing tension in accordance with sewing chart Monitoring the total sewing output of the day. Recommend any line improvement as necessary. Educaional Qualification At least High School or Vocational Graduate Skills Required: T-shirt Factory Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer Jobs Experience At least 5 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 5-6 years.
