No. of Vacancies: 01 Jobs Responsibility/Description To maintain and acquire priority banking customer through effective relationship management; To inform customers (Including prospective customers) with full information about MMBLs consumer & priority banking products; To be responsible for all service issues in priority banking and to ensure that all priority banking customers are receiving priority banking privileges; Handling of customer complaints (if any). To provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention. To achieve defined targets of priority banking in terms of no. of customers acquired, volumes and revenue increased. To update & maintain all priority banking MIS (contact number, prospective customer list, attrition, business acquired etc.) Any other roles and responsibilities as and when required by the Management.
