We are seeking a qualified Personal Secretary to Managing Director with outstanding spoken English for Datazo Info-Tech Limited Bangladesh. Right now, we are looking for smart, energetic, and result-oriented team members who will share our pride and support our continuous growth with us. The Personal Secretary will report to the Honorable Managing Director & CEO of the company. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and handling all secretarial functions of the organization. In this context, we need a responsible, dedicated, self-motivated, and proactive professional with the experience to work in a public limited company as a Personal Secretary.

Jobs Responsibility/Description
  • Provides support to Managing Director in delivering overall strategic objectives
  • Provides administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence, and prioritizing emails for the Managing Director
  • Coordinate, attend and take minutes for Managing Director meetings as well as other relevant meetings
  • Produces reports for Managing Director as and when required
  • Provides administrative services to field offices such as responding to queries, issuing memos, and following up on Managing Director requests
  • Communicates with the concerned govt. & private agencies and higher officials and business partners as required
  • Coordinates with management team & other departments as per requirement
  • Follow-up actions on pending/essential issues
Educaional Qualification
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
  • Bachelor/Masters's Degree in Management/Customer Relationship from any reputed University.
  • University of Dhaka, Rajshahi University, Khulna University, and University of Chittagong students will get preference

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Protocol, Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary
  • Event/ Campaign Coordination, Leadership, and Good Communication skill.
  • Management Coordinator, Project Management.

  • The incumbent should have the mentality to work under pressure.
  • Able to perform all kinds of secretarial work.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different people.
  • Fully computer literate and have good command over MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email correspondence, and internet browsing.
