Relationship Manager-Small Business

To increase the average balance of existing portfolio of the CASA account.
To solicit new business relationships and to improve wallet share of existing portfolio with a view to achieve assigned budget.
To achieve the maximum revenue from the FX transactions.
To ensure the compliance & review of the existing portfolio.
Prepare effective MIS for SME and to identify market trend for sustainable growth.
Maintain proactive relationships with all product partners and Service delivery. Assume responsibility for general account management discipline.
Customer Call both new and existing business.
To provide high quality sales related service to customers
To help to build a service culture across the Channels
To ensure that all risks related to Sales Operations are identified and also documented where applicable.
Ensure KYC & Money Laundering check is performed properly.
Identify product associated risk & mitigation plan
Working with customers to secure both new business and to deepen the existing business relationship.
Manages key relationships with the existing and potential SME clients with a view to leveraging further business and widening the portfolio.
Have open channels of communication with staff.
Maintain high levels of motivation amongst staff.
Conduct & organize training for staff based on training gaps identified
Graduate, preferably in business/commerce background
Sound leadership skills and communication skills.
In depth knowledge of SME business in Bangladesh
Excellent ?can get done? attitude.
Sound knowledge of credit policy, credit risk assessment relevant to Product & sales.
Sound knowledge of SME products, system and operating regulations.
Sound knowledge of consumer banking products, system and operating regulations.
Sound experience in managing Sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation and coaching skills.
Knowledge on different motivational / incentive plans.
